This is a wonderful prospect to join a small friendly team who are strongly focussed on providing outstanding service to their loyal client base. My client is looking to appoint a loyal person with demonstrated products experience and technical aptitude on a 12-month fixed term contract.
**Based in an office environment, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly and ethical solutions
- Assist with aftersales enquiries and follow up
- Communicate with stores in relation to errors, discrepancies, and delivery of ETA's
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Pricing, stock, and back-order management
**Ideally you be experienced with**:
- Experience with customer resolution and complaint handling
- Order processing in an office environment
- Professional presentation and communication
- Proficient with MS Office, displaying accurate and efficient data entry

To be considered, it is essential that you have a stable work history and have ideally worked within a manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environment.
