Job Details

This position involves providing operational support to a Remote Access VPN Management Service that offers 24/7 VPN assistance to member firms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other Deloitte groups and vendors to deliver exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the operation of remote access VPN on multiple F5 and Prisma/Palo Alto platforms across global and cloud infrastructure.
* Monitor, manage, and respond to VPN device alerts, incidents, and issues in real-time.
* Analyze and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP LTMs and APM modules for optimal performance.
* Implement VPN policy changes, analyze data, and perform clean-up tasks as requested by firms.
* Provide detailed visibility and insights to assist customers with Remote Access VPN activity and usage information.
* Maintain accurate network and application-level documentation of F5 BIG-IP environments.
* Evaluate and track F5 APM and Prisma security alerts to ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with firm and vendor resources to resolve availability, performance, and security incidents related to Remote Access VPN in any Deloitte location.
* Capture, prioritize, and execute tasks according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
* Develop effective communication strategies to interact with customers and peers across various time zones and countries.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in Computer Science.
* 7-10 years of experience (ideal) or a minimum of 3 years.
* Proficiency in F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and APM (Access Policy Manager) Modules.
* Familiarity with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco remote access VPN technologies is a plus.
* Knowledge of F5 DNS, LAN/WAN protocols, and monitoring tools is beneficial.
* Understanding of server and virtual technologies is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* Sensitivity and cultural awareness are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals worldwide.
* Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail are vital for delivering high-quality results.


Preferred Qualifications

* F5 BIG IP Administration Certification
* CCNA Certified
* ITIL Foundation Certified
