About Us:

We are a boutique IT Consultancy based in Osborne Park working with clients to transform their businesses through the use of Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint platforms.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers and other stakeholders, to ensure delivery. Your expertise in managing project scope, timelines, and resources will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements and achieve project performance objectives within the agreed scope, time, and budget.

* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they understand their roles in technology delivery and that decision-making and escalation processes are in place to achieve desired outcomes.

* Ensure projects are managed in alignment with Bluebox's design and development frameworks, processes, templates, and tools.

* Establish milestones and manage adherence to project plans and schedules.

* Supervise the design and build process.

* Coordinate the work of technical staff assigned to projects.

* Identify and manage project issues and risks, ensuring they are appropriately captured and addressed.

* Oversee project governance, including project reporting.

* Assist with the preparation of client quotations.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multiple concurrent solutions within a consulting environment, specifically with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365).

* Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels.

* Exposure to project scoping, including defining scope of works, estimating costs, setting timeframes, and identifying key deliverables.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including formal documentation preparation, presentation, and workshop facilitation.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
