We're looking for an experienced
Strata Manager
to take the lead on a well-maintained portfolio, working mostly from home while staying supported by a collaborative local Canberra team.

What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and committees
Provide expert advice on legislation and best practice
Prepare and oversee meeting documents, notices, and correspondence
Attend AGMs/EGMs (only limited after-hours required)
Liaise with residents, trades, and service providers
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in strata or property management
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
Sound knowledge of strata legislation (ACT preferred)
Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
