Appointment Coordinator Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
* Coordinate schedules with technicians and site managers to ensure seamless appointments
* Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely resolution of faulty stock issues
* Support stock takes and reconciliations, including physical inventory checks at external sites
* Maintain accurate records of faulty, used, and refurbished stock, working closely with external parties
* Administer warranty process documents and distribute them effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
* Experience in a fast-paced administration environment
* Proficiency in IT systems, Salesforce, and Excel, particularly with v-lookups
* Current Victorian Driver's License required
* Background in logistics, warehouse administration, or energy companies advantageous
* Working rights for a 12-month role essential
