About the role
Eureka Care Communities is looking for a dedicated Community Manager to join our team at our Salisbury NDIS facility on a full time basis.
Key responsibilities,
* Lead day to day operations to ensure safe, high quality, person centred service delivery while building workforce capability through effective supervision and coaching.
* Manage financial performance including budgeting, variance analysis, expenditure control, and identifying opportunities to optimise revenue, occupancy, and efficiency.
* Ensure governance and compliance by meeting all NDIS standards, legislative requirements, audit obligations, and maintaining accurate registers and documentation.
* Provide structured reporting across operational, financial, compliance, risk and incident metrics, offering insights and improvement recommendations.
* Drive transformation and commercial performance through stabilisation initiatives, closing systemic gaps, and strengthening service utilisation and occupancy outcomes.
* Engage stakeholders effectively by building strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, NDIS partners, and representing the organisation professionally in community forums.
About you
* Demonstrated leadership experience in disability services, supported accommodation, aged care, or other regulated care environments.
* Strong financial and budget management capability
* Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance frameworks
* Experience managing operational performance, compliance, and workforce leadership in multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong reporting, governance, and performance improvement capability
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Health, Business, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Check
* Current First Aid and relevant statutory certifications
