Based in Maddington, Lindquist Electrical Services is a medium sized business which undertakes a wide range of work including domestic, construction, light industrial and maintenance.
We're looking for an energetic, hardworking and organised individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Admin team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Answering the phone and directing calls
* General email correspondence
* Assisting the Service Department with Customer and Insurance work
* Follow up with Customer Feedback and Quotes
* Assisting Accounts with processing orders and invoices
* Entering wage cards for time allocation to projects
* Other General administration duties
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* Great phone manner
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* Confident and pro-active approach to work, with a strong willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a team and individually
* High attention to detail with strong organisation skills
* Strong computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office suite
* Experience within electrical trade preferred, but not essential
* Simpro & Job Scheduling experience
