As a Customer Service Engineer, you will provide expert technical support, maintenance and installation of advanced MRI medical imaging systems across hospitals and clinics.
A day in the life:
* Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and installations of MRI medical imaging equipment
* Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical and software issues
* Provide technical support to healthcare professionals including radiologists, radiographers and hospital staff
* Complete service documentation and communicate updates with customers and internal teams
* Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster to support critical healthcare environments
* Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies
About you:
* Trade qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering (or similar preferred)
* 5 + years of experience servicing MRI medical imaging systems essential
* Experience servicing CT advantages
* Hold a restricted electrical licence
* Hold a radiation licence
* Happy to work autonomously
* Pride yourself on customer satisfaction and outcomes
* Hold an unrestricted driver's licence
* Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
* Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
