Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Workshop Controller, you will :
Assist in setting and obtaining labour time goals.
Exercise excellent time management skills to balance resources with conflicting priorities.
Ensure high-quality work that meets brand and company standards.
Conduct road tests to guarantee safety and precision.
Support and develop technicians, enhancing their skills.
What We're Looking For
Previous Workshop Controller or Foreman experience in a fast-paced environment.
Additional qualifications in the automotive / mechanical field.
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required.
Driven attitude and determination to achieve set KPI's.
Previous knowledge of TUNE or other DMS systems.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
