The successful candidate will drive efficient practices, process innovation, and continuous improvement solutions for rostering services. They will also effectively engage and consult with various stakeholders within the organization and externally.
This role requires a deep understanding of Queensland Health employment frameworks, advanced knowledge of award interpretation, skills in analysing roster and payroll data, as well as performing quality audits and reviewing models and rostering processes.
