About The Role
As an Assistant Manager at the Glenmore Tavern, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure outstanding service and quality standards
* Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruitment, rostering, and guest assistance
* Become a creative force behind the development and growth of the business through innovative initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably with expertise in food, bars, and gaming
* Able to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
* Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets
* Highly developed customer service skills
* Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications
