Job Description
Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth
Grow and manage existing strategic accounts
Deliver technically sound hydraulic solutions
Achieve sales targets aligned to incentive structure
Maintain CRM discipline and territory reporting
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams
The Successful Applicant
successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong hydraulic fluid power competency (essential)
Trade qualification or Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering background
Proven external sales / business development experience
Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset
WA industry exposure and territory familiarity (preferred)

$115k - $135k base + superannuation
