Job Description:
As an HR Officer, you will be a pivotal member of our team. You will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Employee Lifecycle Management: You will enter new hires into SAP, support all facets of employment, and manage employment records.
* Onboarding and Training: You will collaborate with hiring managers post-contract, support apprentice recruitment, and redefine onboarding processes.
* HR Initiatives and Projects: You will assist with HR improvements, review and update policies, and coordinate enterprise agreements.
* Administrative Support: You will manage the HR inbox, handle payment processing, and prepare employment checks and jury letters.
* Performance and Payroll Coordination: You will track performance reviews, liaise with payroll, and manage wage subsidy claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as an HR generalist in an advisory capacity is required.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Experience in a large organisation is preferred but not required.
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities is crucial.
