Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a leading infrastructure/utilities business to recruit a Change Manager to join their high-performing Change Practice.
**The Role**
Working alongside the Senior Change Lead, you will deliver key Change Management activities as the business embarks on a brand new and exciting Digital/Data transformation.
You will support change activities across multiple projects within this exciting transformation. This will include:
- Develop and deliver change management materials within an overarching framework of change and communications.
- Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks.
- Partner with project managers to collectively form a coordinated and effective communication and change management strategy that helps achieve project/s objectives.
- Deliver all required change artefacts in line with the agreed framework.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have at least 5 years working in Organisational Change Management and/or relevant experience.
- Comfort interacting with and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Exhibit proven experience working in transformation and change programs that impact people, processes, and technology.
- Experience working on digital or data transformations is a plus but not an essential requirement.
- Strong Change Delivery experience
