Role: Casual Catering Assistant
Location: Holden Hill, South Australia, Australia. The role is based in the large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.
What you'll do
Support the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.
Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Operate industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.
Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.
About you
Previous experience in meal preparation and food handling.
Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).
An understanding of dietary requirements of older people.
Strong communication and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
APolice Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups, no less than 12 months old upon commencement.
