As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will provide high-level support to the Property Management team responsible for the delivery of facility management services of this mixed used portfolio. We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team as an Assistant Facilities Manager on a mixed used portfolio. About the role: - Assisting the site Property Managers with the day-to-day operations of a mixed use portfolio consisting of industrial, office and retail assets. - Co-coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings - Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions - Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing - Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services - Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment - Managing risk management processes & procedures About you: - Previous experience in a commercial property environment with experience in Facilities, or related role - Sound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural. - Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment highly advantageous - Excellent customer service and service delivery skills - Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
