As a Site Manager you will oversee all on site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
* A Site Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience
* A positive and motivated individual, who leads by example
* Able to maintain and develop effective working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
* Committed to safety, with strong leadership skills to ensure targets are safely achieved
* A strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment
Some of your daily duties will include:
* Oversee daily site operations and work progress
* Ensure health and safety standards are followed
* Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Monitor quality of work and materials
* Plan and track schedules and resources
* Report on progress, problem solving and resolving on-site issues
