Job Description Summary
The Performance and Forecasting Planner Role is positioned within Service Stream's Operational Support Services and involves the coordination of the operational performance and success of the Performance and Forecasting group as well as general customer experience.

Key responsibilities
* Schedule the workforce in line with clients forecast in relevant database by ensuring they have the relevant compliance documents.
* Analyse historical data, business trends, and operational requirements to develop accurate workforce demand forecasts.
* Assess the current SSL contract and technicians' skills, and capabilities. Identify gaps between current and future requirements and develop strategies to bridge those gaps.
* On board new technicians and recommend sourcing strategies and retain top sub-contractors.
* Collect and analyse workforce data, metrics, and trends to generate insights and support decision-making.
* Monitor workforce performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders working closely with cross-functional teams
* Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, performance metrics, and reporting processes.
* Implement best practices and leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to enhance forecasting and performance analysis capabilities.
Experience required:
* Experience planning and scheduling activities within a fast-paced workforce experience is essential
* Process improvement implementation experience is required
* Complex forecast and resource modelling and Power BI reporting experience is required
* Stakeholder experience with various regulatory authorities is required
