Role Description
This is a full‐time, field‐based role primarily based on the Sunshine Coast, with regular travel to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and occasional trips to Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.
You'll be responsible for the delivery, installation, and setup of multifunction devices and printers, working directly with customers to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
This role is physically active and suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands‐on work.
What your day‐to‐day will look like
* Delivering and installing multifunction devices and small printers
* Using equipment such as a battery‐powered stair walker where required
* Installing print drivers and configuring scan‐to‐email functionality
* Installing and supporting print software (PaperCut knowledge is an advantage)
* Working with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
* Understanding and supporting Universal Cloud Print (advantageous)
* Planning installation rollouts with customers
* Ensuring customers are fully operational and confident using their devices
* Providing basic customer training on installed equipment
* Assisting with fault‐finding and field service support when required
* Helping with toner replacements, deliveries, and warehouse duties as needed
Key responsibilities
* Delivery, installation, and commissioning of print devices
* Installation planning and logistics coordination
* Customer‐facing support with a strong focus on service etiquette

* Accurate reporting to the Service & Operations Manager
What we're looking for
* Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of a hands‐on role
* Manual driver's licence (company vehicle supplied for deliveries)
* At least 1 year of technical experience preferred — but we're open to training the right candidate
* Strong willingness to learn and a positive, can‐do attitude
* Confident working directly with customers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Qualifications & checks
* Restricted electrical license (advantage, not essential)
* Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
