The Opportunity
In this role, you'll support our Case Management teams by providing up-to-date guidance on compensation payment schemes and assisting with administration tasks.
Working in a customer-centric environment, you'll focus on proactive claims management and contribute to the success of our business.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to develop solutions that enhance case management effectiveness.
* Ensure claims teams achieve performance targets as set out in our framework.
* Develop and implement strategies to support key performance measures with the Team Leader.
About You
* Strong technical experience in workers' compensation claims is essential.
* Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry is desirable.
* Previous experience working as a case manager or technical specialist background is required.
* Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation are advantageous.
