Key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for driving sales performance, contributing to the showroom team's goals, and delivering a premium, personalised in-store experience that helps clients create homes that feel truly their own.
Sales: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targetsConsultation: Provide expert advice on furniture selection, materiality, and scale to meet client needsCustomer: Support the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a consistently exceptional, tailored service from initial enquiry to final deliveryOperations: Assist with showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock maintenance to ensure a seamless client experienceSystems: Process orders and manage client enquiries through the business systemsReporting: Track client interactions and provide insights on customer trends for team strategic planning.

Your skills and experienceLeadership: Proven showroom or retail experience (preferably in furniture or premium lifestyle brands) with a track record of exceeding targets.Client service: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and building long-term client relationshipsAesthetic: Keen eye for detail, excellent brand presentation standards, and a design/furniture interestApproach: Proactive, hands-on approach with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent relationship-building abilitiesScheduling: Availability to work weekends with flexible scheduling.

You will stand out if you have:Industry: Direct experience in the furniture or premium lifestyle industriesSystems: Extended experience in retail or sales administration, including processing orders, ideally using a system like NetSuite.
