The Digital Producer Copy and Content is a content specialist role within the Digital Content team. You will provide copywriting content design and tactical support for initiatives across all Jetstar Digital channels. You will work closely with editorial, legal, digital product managers, project managers, business analysts, marketing teams and other business stakeholders to improve customer experience (CX) and process efficiencies.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
* Writing editing and sense‑checking copy and images.
* Improving CX for Jetstar products and services across digital channels including website, app, booking channels, marketing and service email communications and notifications.
* Ensuring content meets Jetstar's editorial design brand and project guidelines and is aligned to broader strategy.
* Improving customer satisfaction and conversion.
* Conducting audit and analysis of existing content and CX.
* Implementing improvements across a broad collection of content assets.
* Collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver tailored content solutions for domestic and international audiences.
To be considered for this role you will have :
* 5 years delivering content for a customer‑focused website including a strong demonstrated understanding of customer experience and web usability principles.
* Professional digital copywriting experience, including functional and micro‑copy is essential.
* Professional editing experience is essential.
* Experience using analytics and SEO tools.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Ability to lead content work and contribute effectively to cross‑functional teams working on complex projects.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and proven ability in stakeholder management.
* Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems; experience working with issue and project tracking systems such as Jira.
* Proficiency in Asian languages relevant to Jetstar destinations (Indonesian (Bahasa), Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, Thai, Japanese) will be highly regarded.
