* Conduct comprehensive triage and assessments of client mental health referrals.
* Perform urgent risk assessments, ensuring timely intervention.
* Effectively manage claims and provide short-term case management interventions to connect clients with necessary support services.
* Serve as an escalation point for high-risk clients, providing critical support and guidance.
* Manage a diverse caseload of clients, prioritizing their unique needs and requirements.
About You
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
* Current registration with AHPRA or AASW, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards.
* Experience in clinical or case management settings, showcasing your ability to navigate complex situations.
* A passion for mental health initiatives, driving your enthusiasm for this role.
