Our registered psychologists are at the heart of this work, providing confidential and effective support to individuals and workplaces.About the roleWe are seeking experienced Registered Psychologists to join our network of external contractors not only in Victoria, but across Australia.
Our clinicians provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support to clients through virtual short-term consultations.
This role offers the flexibility to work on a casual basis, handling clinical consultations as they arise.As part of our clinical team, you will enjoy:The choice to provide virtual and/or in-person consultationsThe freedom to set your own availability, with no minimum hours requiredThe chance to work with a diverse client base, from large corporates to government and SMEsVariety in your practice - including short-term counselling, wellbeing support, and critical incident responseAccess to qualified resources and clinical support from our experienced wellbeing teamOpportunities to expand your skills in organisational psychology, workplace wellbeing, and solution-focused interventionsThe satisfaction of meaningful work where you can see the direct impact of your expertise on individuals and workplacesAbout youTo thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRAMinimum 5 years\' experience in clinical or counselling rolesCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)A proven background in providing counselling, critical incident response, and comprehensive case managementSkill in developing and delivering short-term, solution-focused interventionsFamiliarity and experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) (highly regarded)Experience using digital platforms and systems for consultations and case managementStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectivelyReady for your next career move?
