We are seeking an experienced Travelling Workplace Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in remote First Nations Communities across the Northern Territory.

The ideal candidate will hold a nationally accredited TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have demonstrated experience delivering effective training programs tailored to the needs of participants. You should be comfortable working away from home for extended periods and have an interest in learning community services and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of remote community members.

2. Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
">
3. Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
">
4. Maintain accurate records of training activities and learner outcomes.
">
5. Uphold quality and continuous improvement in all training operations.
">

About You:

6. You must hold a nationally accredited TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

7. Demonstrated experience delivering engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of participants.

8. You have an interest in learning community services and retail.

9. You are happy to work away from home Monday – Friday in our communities 2 weeks a month.
