**The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will be to**:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill vacancies across the country
- Create job postings that are creative and engaging to attract top talent
- Conduct daily group and individual interviews
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct talent searches to head hunt top talent
**Requirements for this role include**:
- High volume recruitment industry experience
- Experience facilitating group interviews
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
