Job Role Overview
Recycling metal is a vital aspect of our environmental strategy. We aim to minimize waste and maximize the recycling of used steel items.
* Operate heavy machinery such as 30T excavators and material handlers to load/unload vehicles, skips, bins, trailers, and break down large used steel items for recycling.
* Ensure accurate grading and sorting of scrap metal materials to maintain high-quality standards.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy site by adhering to all health and safety policies and environmental guidelines.

* Maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Ability to operate 30T excavators and/or material handlers.
* Knowledge of scrap metal materials and their grades.
* Good understanding of OH&S policies and environmental guidelines.
