Salary: $76,600 - $79,500 Base Salary + Super + Bonus + Discounts

This role supports the Venue Manager and the team to bring to life our purpose of "creating pub experiences locals love." A day in the life
* Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and "local" guest experience
* Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations
* Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
* Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are

Qualifications
About you:
* You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You have contagious passion for the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential
* You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people
