Responsibilities will include:Nurture between 30-40 client files concurrentlyMonitor permits and building applications to certifierRaising and counter signing contractsSchedule selections appointmentsUpdating clients through the presite building phaseSkills and ExperienceOur ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:Minimum 2 years project home builder customer service experience working for a retail home builderExperience in a high volume customer service role within the building industryExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsExceptional organisation and time management skillsAbility to work with Customers, trades and SupervisorsAble to work under pressureThe BenefitsFantastic company culture where staff turnover is lowWFH roster on offer
