Loan WA, a multi award winning Finance Broking Company, is seeking an organised, proactive Office Manager to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This part-time role is a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and reports directly to the Managing Director.
You will be working from our Inglewood office, close to the lively café strip.
About the role
This is a varied position with both ongoing weekly tasks and small projects. It suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, likes things to be organised, and is comfortable learning new systems. Whilst you don't need to be an expert in every tool, your mature approach to using technology to drive results will be useful.
Key responsibilities
• Tracking and improving process workflows to achieve budgeted settlement results
• Communicating with our partners and sponsors throughout the year and keeping commitments on track
• Keeping shared drives, folders and business documents organised
• Tracking small business subscriptions and expenses
• Light email management and redirection tasks
• Rolling out social media content and sponsorship posts during the year
• Supporting our partnerships and attending key events when needed
• Creating, coordinating and posting monthly social media content
• Planning monthly outreach to real estate agents and referral partners
• Helping the team manage Google reviews and keeping website information up to date
• Updating sales dashboards and marketing data when new leads and sales information come in
• Assisting with Google campaign & updates before campaigns go live
• Providing basic support on website redevelopment and chatbot projects
• Assisting with industry award nominations when required
You will be a good fit if you
• Are organised, reliable and detail focused
• Like working through a to-do list and finishing tasks
• Are confident using Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with a small team
• Have experience in office administration, coordination or similar roles
Experience in mortgages, finance or real estate is preferred but not essential.
