The hospital is a large regional facility with 148 beds, 10-bed mental health unit, two operating theatres and an emergency department.
This role presents an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients while working collaboratively with the existing team.
* A strong understanding of paediatrics including the management of common childhood illnesses and conditions is required for this position. The ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of patient care will be essential.
* An adaptable approach combined with excellent communication skills are necessary for building positive relationships between staff members and fostering effective collaboration within the multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
