Skills/Experience
* Demonstrated experience in a range of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Demonstrated experience in training development.
* Takes responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and manages development to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Selects appropriate tools, methods and design patterns to design user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service.
* Design, development and delivery of a variety of professional learning experiences, materials, briefings, group presentations and instruction to educate and uplift staff capabilities.
