Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurosciences team at Mass General Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensure seamless transitions, and promote optimal outcomes.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
* Current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts required.
* Experience in neuro and critical care or general acute care; demonstrated interest in neuroscience specialty.
* Able to work day/night rotation shifts.
* Minimum 2 years recent acute care RN experience; new grad RNs not considered.
