Job Role Overview:
* Maintenance technicians are responsible for completing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic repair skills, including but not limited to painting, plastering, tiling, lock repairs, replacing doors, replacing sliding door rollers, gutter cleaning, etc. They must also be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
