As our Service Design & Product Owner Lead, you'll be at the forefront of reimagining how we deliver care to our community. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that put our clients at the centre of everything we do. From digital platforms to service touchpoints, you'll ensure every interaction reflects our values of dignity, respect, and excellence. The role is a permanent full-time position, located in our Head Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
You will be a great fit if you have experience in:
* Leading service design initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
* Owning the product roadmap for community aged care digital solutions
* Collaborating with care teams, technology partners, and community members
* Conducting user research and translate insights into actionable product features
* Champion human-centered design principles across the organisation
* Driving agile development processes and stakeholder engagement
* Previous experience working with AlayaCare
