Your next career opportunity
You will coordinate alumni and stakeholder engagement for five University‐owned residences, strengthening lifelong connections to campus communities.
You will design and deliver strategic events, communications and data‐driven initiatives that support philanthropy and student experience.
You will work across Advancement and Residential Life, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, complex CRM systems and portfolio strategy.
What you will deliver
* Coordinate bespoke alumni and donor engagement initiatives, including events and communications, aligned to the portfolio's operational plan.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across residences, Advancement shared services and Residential Life to secure buy‐in and coordinated delivery.
* Act as OneCRM super user, establishing processes, maintaining high‐quality data, and producing reports, dashboards and insights.
* Track progress against agreed targets and metrics, preparing regular updates for internal stakeholders and governance requirements.
* Support Advancement strategy implementation for University Colleges and Residential Life, including business process improvement and accountability activities.
You may be a great fit if
* Hold an appropriate tertiary qualification, or bring an equivalent blend of education and relevant engagement experience.
* Have strong stakeholder engagement experience, ideally in a university or fundraising environment, navigating complex relationships effectively.
* Have a track record coordinating complex projects to time and budget, delivering agreed outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
* Possess advanced CRM experience, including data management, reporting, analysis and using insights to inform strategy.
