Job Summary:
The Operations Officer is responsible for designing, reviewing and delivering competency-based training programs. This includes creating educational materials, providing coaching to staff and volunteers, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver competency-based training programs
* Provide coaching and support to staff and volunteer trainers/assessors
* Maintain records of training and assessment activities

About Us:

We have specialist teams that provide 24/7 response to road accidents and trauma incidents, and we work closely with other emergency services such as the Country Fire Authority and Fire Rescue Victoria.
