Civil Litigation Lawyer – Fully Remote Role
Rare opportunity for a Junior Lawyer (2–4 Years PAE) to join a boutique law firm specialising in motor vehicle debt recovery matters.
Responsibilities
- Management and resolution of approximately 70–100 litigated motor claims (low quantum) at any given time. Matters are across jurisdictions in Australia.
- Prepare legal advice under various legislation, including the Civil Proceedings (Magistrates Court) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
- Liaising and negotiating with insurers and third-party lawyers.
- Provide legal advice on motor vehicle accident claims – liability, repair costs, and credit hire.
- Represent clients in the Magistrates Court, in addition to appeals before the District and Supreme Courts.

Qualifications & Application
