About this Opportunity
The Organisational Culture Uplift Lead will lead the development and implementation of culture, engagement and capability initiatives that support organisational priorities and strengthen workplace culture across the Northern Territory.
Partnering closely with leaders and teams, the role will drive employee engagement, wellbeing and workforce capability initiatives while supporting organisational change through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
The role will facilitate workshops, leadership discussions and engagement activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and positive workforce outcomes.
Using workforce feedback and organisational insights, the position will provide coaching and advice to leaders, contribute to leadership capability development, and support initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention and organisational effectiveness across the People Culture function.
