Overview
A management consulting firm is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support enterprise clients undergoing large scale organisation design, operating model, and technology enabled transformation initiatives. Working within a leading consulting environment, you will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, facilitate workshops, and deliver structured transformation programmes that translate strategy into practical execution.
This role will involve working across both operating model design and technology enabled change programmes, contributing to engagements from problem definition through to implementation. The successful consultant will bring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to support complex transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
* Provide consulting support across enterprise transformation and organisational change initiatives
* Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation strategies and delivery approaches
* Support the design and refinement of operating models aligned to organisational strategy
* Contribute to technology enabled change programmes, ensuring business alignment and successful adoption
* Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define business problems, develop solutions, and align stakeholders
* Translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans and actionable initiatives
* Analyse data and insights to support transformation decisions and evidence based recommendations
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to high quality consulting delivery
* Collaborate with internal consulting teams to support programme execution across multiple engagements
Qualifications
* 3 to 8 years of consulting or organisational change experience
* Experience supporting enterprise transformation or technology enabled change initiatives
* Exposure to operating model design or organisational design programmes
* Strong ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
* Excellent analytical capability with experience working with data to support recommendations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Degree qualification in business, commerce, HR, or a related discipline
* Experience working within a large consulting firm environment
* Exposure to enterprise clients undergoing large scale transformation programmes
* Experience supporting both strategy development and implementation delivery
* Ability to work across multiple engagements and adapt to changing project requirements
