We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Deeragun team!
Greencross Deeragun is located along the vibrant beachside of Townsville. We are a fully equipped practice with state-of-the-art theatre facilities and separate dog and cat wards. Our inclusive team dynamic brings a ‘family feel’ to the clinic, where we encourage open communication and contribution of ideas from all team members. You will have previous experience leading a team along with exceptional communication skills and ready to drive our business forward using well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills.
About Your New Role
1. Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records.
2. Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture.
3. Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met.
4. Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.
5. Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.
About Your Skills & Experience
1. Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience.
2. Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team.
3. Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential).
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Good business acumen and organisational skills.
