About Our Lodge Host Opportunity
* As a Lodge Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional service and unforgettable moments.
* Welcoming and assisting guests on arrival, helping with luggage and sharing local tips and lodge information is just the beginning of your responsibilities.
* You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional service during breakfast, dinner, and bar operations while supporting kitchen duties as needed.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest accommodations and public spaces is essential to providing an outstanding guest experience.
* Managing laundry services, preparing packed guest lunches, and supporting tour guides during activity days are all part of your job.
* Adhering to OHS legislation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and guests is paramount.
* Working a 21 days on and 7 day off roster with one additional day off during your 3 weeks on provides a great work-life balance.
What We're Looking For
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or nationally recognised equivalent) or WA Approved Managers ticket is a must.
* A Basic Food Safety Certificate and Current First Aid Certificate are also required.
* Access to a reliable 4WD vehicle for travel on RDOs is a plus.

* Someone who can live and work remotely, embracing life off the beaten path with resilience.
* Strong administrative skills and experience in Food & Beverage or customer service environments are beneficial.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating guest needs is essential.
* Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, adaptability, impeccable attention to detail, excellent time management, effective communication, teamwork skills, cultural awareness, respect, a warm welcome personality, and a proactive can-do attitude are all highly valued.
