Senior Family Lawyer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our team, providing exceptional legal services and representing clients in family law, child protection, and family violence cases.

* Work as a duty lawyer in the Magistrates Court of Victoria and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
* Mentor and train junior lawyers, developing their skills and expertise.
* Develop legal education programs, promoting best practices and industry standards.
* Participate in policy and law reform projects, contributing to the development of new legislation and regulations.

* Strong knowledge of family law, with experience in complex cases.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to supervise and mentor junior legal staff, providing guidance and support.
