The Key Responsibilities:

You will lead a well-established team developing sales processes marketing initiatives and driving market share and profitability. You will also be responsible for measuring your success in three key categories: Customer Satisfaction Financial Performance and Leadership and Development.

Customer Satisfaction:

Well-versed in negotiation and relationship management, you will develop long-term mutual beneficial customer relationships solidifying our name as the industry leader in customer satisfaction.

Financial Performance:

Using your industry knowledge and commercial acumen, you will set goals and budgets backed by your team's ability to operationalize and respond to external demands.

Leadership and Development:

You will take your experience and success in sales to develop and elevate the team creating a culture of shared success ongoing development operational excellence and integrity.

About You:

Aside from obvious sales ability, you will also be a passionate people leader advocate for continuous improvement with a drive to succeed and see your team succeed. We look for prior experience and skills including:

- Success in a sales position,
- Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve the same success,
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the wider agricultural sector,
- Proven success creating and maintaining healthy profitable customer relationships,
- Solid understanding of financial realities of asset and inventory management budget management and pricing strategy,
- A growth mindset and tangible opportunities to increase market share.
