Deliver operational support (on-site and remote) for Networks and Unified Communications infrastructure.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Catalyst **** Series Wireless Controllers, PBX systems, and IP Telephony
Support the delivery of reliable LAN/WLAN connectivity, voice, and video services across distributed environments.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration within agreed SLAs.
Contribute to planned upgrades, system enhancements, and project implementations.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, and network diagrams.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality ICT outcomes.
About you
Demonstrated technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments in one or more technical domains.
Proven experience in delivering high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised.
Proven experience and ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships, including mentoring of junior staff, and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding ICT services.
Experience in Cisco LAN/WLAN technologies and Cisco Catalyst **** Series Wireless Controllers highly regarded.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL Foundation are highly regarded.
