Job Role Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable clients, providing vital support and assistance.

* Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide targeted interventions to mitigate safety and risk issues.
* Coordinate referrals internally and externally, ensuring seamless connections to community resources.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of local community programs and services.
* Maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

* Commitment to the organization's Vision, Mission, and Values.
* Female applicants are required due to a genuine occupational requirement for the role.
* Applicants must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or be culturally confident in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field are essential.
* Proficient knowledge of Domestic and Family Violence, Child Protection, and Family Preservation is necessary.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interagency relationship-building skills are required.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential for success.
