Locations: Bayswater, Morley – Perth
Shift: Mornings or Afternoon options
Pay: $40$-$50 per hour (depends on experience) + Super + Overtime

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established engineering and manufacturing company that specialises in industrial systems and materials handling solutions. With steady growth and a strong project pipeline, they're looking to add skilled tradespeople to their workshop and site teams.
About the Role cloves
You'll be working on a variety of fabrication projects — including structural steel, frames, and components — using MIG/TIG welding across mild steel, stainless, and aluminium. Reading from fabrication drawings, you'll work to tight tolerances and deliver high‑quality results.
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification in Welding, Fabrication, or Boilermaking (or equivalent experience)
* Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
* MS reliable, safety‑ conscious, and team‑focused attitude
* Previous experience in manufacturing or materials handling
