Nursing Assistant Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our Orthopaedics Unit on a part-time basis.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care is provided.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a flexible schedule with 24-32 hours per week available between 6:30am and 10pm. You will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties
* Work as part of the healthcare team; practice in accordance with state legislation and within designated scope of practice parameters
* Authority to Work in Australia
* Certificate III or IV in Health Care from an approved training provider
* Experience in a similar acute hospital setting
* Excellent ability to plan and prioritize work
* Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
