The role
Due to an internal secondment, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Accountant to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance your responsibilities will include:
* Month end reporting
* Calculations and reporting on outgoings
* Reconciliations
* Liaising with the asset management team
* Process improvement
About you
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience working in a property company (agency or owner) or have experience as a Property Accountant from either retail, office or industrial assets.
