AFGRI is seeking a dedicated Whole Goods Administrator to join our Esperance team.This will be Maternity Leave cover (Contract role).
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all sales staff provide the correct documentation applicable to transactions and process deals within stated timeframes
* Maintain stock records in all company systems
* Monitor and record all stock movements
* Maintain filing and records of whole goods deals
* Assists with maintaining delivery schedules
* Ensure timely payment of all whole goods invoices as per delivery advice
* Close all whole goods deals, record all manufacturer retail notices and register warranties
* Reconcile manufacturer systems to AFGRI systems
* Report sales and claim marketing programs
* Follow up outstanding paperwork as requested
* Debtor management, collation, and handle customer inquiries
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
* Good working knowledge of Excel including drafting reports
* Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, internet functions and dealer business system(s)
* Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
